One thing that has been on my mind lately is a test I have to take for work. I have been studying every night for about an hour in hopes of passing the test. I have only another week to study and so I cannot put it off any longer. I must say that it has become a bit of a strain and my nerves are getting raw! I’ll sure be glad when the test is over and I can finally relax.

2. Before you turn in your resume, be sure that it is correct and looks professional. I have actually received resumes with misspelled words. I throw those ones right into the trash!

3. Be sure to read the companies website. Having some knowledge of what we do is important. Sometimes I will ask a question that comes directly from this source to see if they have done their homework.

4. Companies don’t want people who do not know their mind. Be ready to answer
questions.

5. Be sure to follow up after the interview. In the case of a tie, I will usually select
the person who follows up with a thank you note!

There have been many changes around our office lately. Our company is growing rapidly and was in need of some maintenance. We have been working on rebranding our public image and trying to increase the public’s awareness of our products and services. We have a new logo and theme which we have just started using.
