It wasn’t that long ago when one of my best friends decided to move. Betty and John who worked at my office were both good friends of mine. When John got an offer to work at a better job, they decided to take a gamble and pick up and move. It was a big risk for them at the time, but it seems to have paid off. One of the worries they had was that they would lose their Direct TV service. While it was a big issue at the time, they shouldn’t have worried.

What Betty and John didn’t know was that they could transfer their service to Direct TV in California. That way, they could still enjoy the best television in HD. They had become used to the best way to watch movies and other programming. They also liked the fact that their service was very affordable.

Another thing that John really liked was the comprehensive sports packages that Directv offers. He liked the ability to watch nearly every game on TV. He is a certified sports nut and enjoys watching his games. I am sure that he is probably watching some game now. Now that they are gone, I still miss my friend. I am glad for the both of them though and wish them both the very best.

Since I spend so many hours at work, there are some people that I get to know very well. One such person is my girlfriend Sandra. We get along very well and have worked together for a long time. Over the years we have become familiar with each others habits, likes, and dislikes. When her birthday was coming around, I thought I would look into getting her something special. That’s when I decided to check out the various shoe brands for women. I know her passion for shoes and thought she would enjoy having another pair.

Since we have very similar taste in clothing, I knew that if I liked a pair of shoes, she probably would as well. When I saw a pair of australia boots, I knew I had found a winner. The boots were a big hit with her and I was glad to make her birthday special. I know she would do the same for me as she had in the past. We make a great team.

I had thought about some other items to get her such as a nice little outfit that I had found in a Victoria’s Secret store, but decided against it in the end. I don’t want her to think we are quite that close. In the end, I was happy to have helped Sandra with keeping up with the latest fashions and that was enough for me.

The house is abuzz with action as everyone is pitching in to cook all the food we plan to eat today. We have a lot of people to feed and it’s been a busy morning. I sent the kids out to play in the backyard so that they will be out of the way. I think we have used nearly every pot and pan in the house, but it will all be worth it when the meal is served!

I surly hope that everyone else has a great holiday as well. This is a day to spend with loved ones and to reflect on the good things in this world. I believe that we should take advantage of this day to remember how lucky we are.

Ever wonder why didn’t think of a new idea and get rich from it? I heard of a basically simple idea today that I thought was really neat. I wonder why I didn’t think of it myself. There called save the date magnets and you put them on your refrigerator. The basic idea is that when you’re having a special event coming up such as a wedding or graduation, you order these magnets to send to friends to remind them to save the date!

I think it’s a good idea and you can even put your picture on them. They also make great keepsakes of the event that people can keep and use. I sure wish that I had been the one to think of something so simple and yet so sweet! Way to go whoever you are!

Everyone knows that my first concern is my family. That’s why I always try to get the best things I can for them. When my kids need something, I want them to have the best. When it comes to home security, I know that I have achieved that goal. I feel safe knowing that my kids are protected by one of the best companies around.
