Before I ever go to the store, I check through my stack of coupons I have in the kitchen. Each Sunday, I go through the paper and cut them all out. It does take a few minutes to do, but is worth every penny. The savings I get from these coupons really add up over the months and bring that little bit of extra cash I need from time to time.

Another way I save on my groceries is to plan ahead what meals I will serve. When I see a good value, I will stock up on that particular item. I try to keep track of which items to buy and at which stores. I also never go to the store hungry! I hope that everyone out there will join with me and use those coupons!
