We’ve been planning this vacation for a long time. Each week, I put a little money away so that I would be able to enjoy it to the full extent it deserves. I have spent many nights online looking for the things I wanted to see and do and I’m afraid that my list is too long. Anyway, the time has finally come and we are spending our first night in the most famous city in America.

We are staying at one of the most famous hotels in the city. Bally’s Las Vegas is a distinguished hotel that has been around for the ages. As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the service was going to be first class. Every convenience that was imaginable was available. We had nothing to worry about but having a great time. The room was immaculate and far above any in a regular hotel. I knew that we were in for a treat!

We didn’t waste a lot of time in our room as we wanted to get out and enjoy the many things to do. My husband wanted to try his luck at the craps table and I was ready for the slots. After a few hours of trying to win our fortunes, we were ready to take a break and went upstairs to freshen up. When we were ready, we stepped out with our Vegas show tickets in hand. We were ready for some first class entertainment and we certainly received it!

This week has been a wonderful experience. We have seen and done everything imaginable and still have another day to go. I hope to make our last day as magical as the first and I am sure we will do so. The variety of things to do here is unlimited. As soon as I get home I am sure that I will start planning the next trip to this awesome city!

After a wonderful morning of relaxation, I decided to return to normal life and begin to get some things done. One area that I wanted to cover this weekend was to begin to put my car to rights. I use my car every day and it was beginning to show signs of wear and tear. I knew that it was time to give it a good cleaning and check up so as to prevent any unfortunate experiences.

I got out the vacuum and gave the carpet a good cleaning. I disposed of all the junk and trash and got the insides looking ok. I also washed all the windows on the car and was surprised to notice that I could now see out of them. I had my husband check the engine and he put in a little oil and gave it his ok. I am glad to say that my car should continue to give good service for awhile longer!

One thing that I am always concerned about is the safety of my children. I worry that there is no one at home to greet them when they get home from school. That’s one of the reasons I decided to have an adt home security system installed. I feel a lot better knowing that they have some form of protection when I’m not around. There are many bad people in the world and I want to prevent any unpleasant incidents.

Now that the system is installed, I feel so much better. It’s easy to use so the kids don’t mind using it. My daughter actually likes knowing that she will be safer when the system is on. I think that everyone should take their homes security as serious as I!

It’s been a long week and I’ve been looking forward to having a day to relax and enjoy. I’ve been doing that all morning and it’s been glorious. I slept in late this morning and then enjoyed sitting on the porch and drinking a nice cup of coffee. The kids are gone and the house is nice and quiet and everything is wonderful! It’s so nice to have a little time for me to unwind!
