Bad things happen to good people. Conversely, good things happen to bad people. Ok, I’m not saying my friend is a bad person, I’m just saying that he did it to himself. My friend Shawn is a good guy overall. A couple of years ago, he went through a hard divorce. He went a little wild and was running around a lot. He lost his job and it took awhile for him to get straightened out. He is back on track now, but is in serious need of credit repair. He defaulted on some payments and it is coming back to haunt him.

Since he does not have a working computer at this time, I consented to let him use mine on occasion. We searched the internet looking for ways to repair credit. We found that many people suffer from the same problem he has. I guess there are a lot of “Bad people” out there. There are lots of ways to fix credit, but many of the “fixes” take a long time. We did find a company called dsi solutions. Shawn decided to give this service a try; after all, he didn’t have much to lose.

Shawn recently applied for a car loan and was approved. I know he is very happy to be back on the road. I guess the service worked. I’m sure that everything else will turnaround for my friend, as long as he stays away from those bad women!

Ever seem to notice how no matter how many batteries you buy, you can never find one that works and is the right size. I have a drawer full of old batteries, all different sizes, all different types. I don’t even know if half of them work or not. Seems like it’s always been this way. Even as a child growing up with my mom and dad, I remember we had a drawer full of batteries.

Nowadays, it’s getting even harder as there are so many more types of them. Batteries aren’t just for flashlights anymore. Now we have batteries for cell phones, TV Remotes and garage door openers. It sure would be nice if everybody in the world got together and made a battery that lasts forever and only came in one size!
